Going from RP to PSP would be like going from bad to worse. Pick one pack and stick with it. I've bought only RP-s since February and im close to maxing my manifest. They are great. I dont count the number of packs i buy but generally there isnt a gap bigger that 1 Million. Even had had 2 2-in1 RP-s with double UR-s.

How much is the UR-Weapon drop rate dependent on having a maxed or near maxed roster? Or does the game waste slots on giving you more of an already maxed out item?

Yep that was DLC launch day. Had 7 million credits saved up. Hence the reason i got so many UR-s. "Normal" record is 8 UR-s a day. Generally i've noticed that when you get 1 or more UR then its a good idea to keep playing that day as you might get more. 2-3 is average for me. Even had 4-6. On another day you just wont get anything no matter how much you play.

Rare weapon mods have always been the "3rd rare" when I obtain them in Arsenal and Reserves packs. The one Spectre pack that I've acquired also had one but it was the "2nd rare". I mean that the rare weapon mod only shows up in addition to the guaranteed rares from the items packs. I only have 121 item packs that I've acquired so far so that's not robust in the slightest. My data suggests that the rare weapon mod might actually be slotted in the uncommon category rather than rare which would mean the Spectre packs are the best bet for obtaining rare weapon mods by providing fewer guaranteed rares. I would love for someone to provide evidence that challenges that suggestion so I can go back to happily acquiring reserves for ultra rares.

Yes you are correct. PSP-s are better if you need to max out your rare stuff (Gears for example). However RP-s are superior when it comes to UR-s.

I've been buying PSP for the longest time because I read somewhere that Reserve packs are useless for UR drops, if you check my manifest you'll see I have every weapon in the game, with rares and lower all at rank 10, BUT since I started this method of exclusively buying PSP, which I've been doing for months I've only gotten between 3 and 5 UR drops, frustrating as hell. But after reading op's figures I'm gonna start buying RP and see if this makes a difference. I will reporty results if people here are still interested. I know some people have less than I have and I feel for you guys, but so many of my URs are low, it's not fun.

Have to say the stats do HEAVILY support the RPs, also it seems I have a talent for necro-ing threads lol, but they're always the most recent results in my searches.

Don't know if you saw it already but this thread's efforts have been continued here with significantly more data as well as some more analysis.
