@Seival really beautiful artwork...I just ask myself how Catalyst-Shepard communicates with his friends...through the Reapers? Through the Citadel?...

I am about to finish my first control Shepard journey right know...looking forward to see the control ending for myself.

about the Leviathans and crucible. I don´t think they made the plans but saw potential in them...
so they got the idea out to involve the Citadel (Catalyst) into its design. Because the first drafts of the plans did not involve the Citadel itself (told by prothean VI.).

Shreaper doesn't.  The ex-reaper god said so.  And the reaper god kid wouldn't lie, now would he?

The only way would be through a new crucible when the galaxy wants to get rid of it.

He is also not all knowing, he simply could be wrong or underestimates Shepards capebilities ones more.

CatalystShaperds abilties dont have to be limited the same way  the catalyst is.
I think it is more likely that he will be able to establish a connection with his old friends.

Moreover, Catalyst-Shepard has to explain the situation to the Galactic Civilization's leaders. Just to avoid panic in governments.

Hmm, by the way. I wonder if the Hasks could be "released" by the Catalyst... I mean become the people they were before they were harvested, if the Catalyst will allow that of course.

Unlikely there are anything more than organic material used to create mindless machines. Like those multi-part creatures, made from more than one organism - how that would work?

Well, in case of multi-part Hasks that wouldn't work of course. But in case of simple Hasks (like human Hasks for example) that might work.

I dont think they would be the same people. They are now someone new. they may remember who they were before. But i think most of it is erased through this dramatic event of transformation.
They will have to cope with that and develop a new personality and selfworth.

Didn't the codex (or something) state that in the husk-making process, their body is drained of all liquid and replaced by nanites which then respond to the reaper signals? That'd suggest their previous personalities are long gone, and for good measure I'd say. I can't imagine suddenly finding I'm a skeleton and I killed so many people. I'm not even sure they'd get a new personality in event the catalyst releases control, because they are but a tool for the reapers, like geth platforms. I always interpreted that face the husk makes as the reaction of a nearby reaper as it finds out what's going on.

I think all pro-enders should mobilize to help anti-enders and "IT"-ers to become pro-enders :)

What do you think?

It's the Internet, so it's a Sisyphean task.  But if you wanna try, more power to you :D

I've gotten to the point where I don't think ME3 had bad endings, just badly told endings.  It certainly beats the gut-punch hollow feeling from right after I finished the game.

I'll do my best to help people to accept the endings. Thanks for support :)

I can´t influance anybodys feelings. If they are dissappointed, they just are.
I only argue against people who say that it does not make sense. Because it does.
If my words can help somebody to understand and reconnect with ME. That would be great.
But i am getting tired arguing the same points over and over again.

It all will get better over time.

My thoughts exactly.  I personally am tired of the same arguements over and over and over.  I literally didn't look at the story forum for nearly a month until Leviathan came out and when I popped back in I saw the same people arguing the same things they were the month before.  I've tried to explain my point of view being a pro-synth myself but some people don't want to listen.  I can think of one in particular whom I won't even acknowledge on the forum because arguing with her/him is like arguing with a 3 year old child sticking their fingers in thier ears and screaming "I'm right, I'm right, I'm right, You're wrong, You're wrong, You're wrong, LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LAAAAAA" <_<

Heh. You know what I did to numb the said gut-punch feeling? I watched all the endings before playing my first ME3 game. I got my copy late, and was aware of the controversy. So I decided to watch the endings, all of them. It would have been a terrible idea if the endings were actually good, but turns out it saved me from the feeling of depression that seems to have sucked so many in! :wizard:

And you are right, I too believe the endings are not bad, just badly presented. Also, the rEApers invaded, this is what happens.

Thanks. I'm sure you know where that phrase comes from. I think it aptly describes the player's dilemma and what he should do, in the final moments of the game ;)

Same here, Saans Shadow. Often I don't even reply to the most glaring inaccuracies any more. It gets frustrating. If people are determined to take only bad things away from ME3, at some point it's not my problem any more.

What? This is completely absurd. They deserve support for producing utter crap?

Yeah exactly. I too don't bother correcting them anymore. What they choose to belief is their problem. It doesn't affect me and my ability to enjoy the game in the slightest.

Yes. Because crap is subjective.

No. The game is objectively bad. The game is riddled with plot inconsistencies, glitches, and bugs.

I can whine all day about the terrible plot, and that would be my opinion. But if Bioware wanted my support, they'd produce a game that didn't have such things objectively wrong with it.

There is no game that doesn't have glitches and bugs. As for inconsistencies, you are right there are quite a few but I can deal with it. So it is not crap to me.

There are plenty of threads here which will offer you support and constructive discussion for your negative opinions, Dan. This is a thread in which folks who actually like the EC at least somewhat can gather. There aren't many threads like that on BSN, which you can take as some level of validation if you want -- I really don't care.

But I wouldn't post blasting Kelly Chambers' character in the Kelly Chambers Support Thread as objectively bad simply because I feel she's a poor character, and I don't even have the "luxury" of a million and one anti-Kelly threads to vent in. So please, show a little respect and confine yourself to the million and one anti-endings threads if you're going to make such boldly anti statements.
