I ran through 2 playthroughs with almost no glitches - I had some dropped audio on dialog and one hard lock in about 150 hours of game play on those runs.

My third game things are getting buggy - mostly around missing quests or quest items. I can't do topsiders honor because the blade just is not there - i know where it should be and it ain't there. I can't do the Places of Power because the place on the table near the stairs in the Circle Tower won't sparkle. Things like that, has anyone else had things get worse as you go along with more saves?

Between my wife and I we are up to 6 characters with "real" games and a few more just messing with the character creation options that got deleted.

You know what? I happen to be experiencing this as well. It's my third play through and everything seems to have gone to the dogs; quest not giving me the rewards they should be, frame rates just imploding on themselves during fights, etc.

7th playthrough, if i press X to skip most the time the sound goes out...lots of glitches i have noticed some are not negative ones as in dupe or experience gain, though, i have seen some pretty nasty ones along with sometimes during combat it freezes if im doing more than 5 actions at once

Try clearing your xbox's cache, go to the my xbox section of your dashboard, scroll over to your HDD and it should give you the option Y to clear cache. Hopefully that does something, otherwise it really is bugged and is quite awkward.

For me it's a huge problem with having to restart the xbox half a dozen times to get it to play... might need to lensclean the xbox though

Yeah - 2nd playthrough for me, and inbetween the four main quests (Circle Tower, Urn of Sacred Ashes, etc) the cutscenes that are meant to appear inbetween them don't, anymore. For example, when you're supposed to have the dream about the darkspawn, you just don't. My characters also won't confront me when in camp about their background, etc. It's also impossible to romance anybody because there's no option to do so. I'm past the landsmeet, Zevran chose to stay with me because his approval of me is maxed, but still no option. Very often speeches magically disappear, and there are many quests can't complete.

I hope BioWare release a patch for all this, because there's no point in me even playing - even my other characters are part corrupt.

also if u cant figure out how to clear cache try X,X,LB,RB,X,X also try installing to hard drive. it minimizes disk wear.

I don't know about the rest, but for this one, there is a place I had to visit before I could get the blade. Trying not to be to spoilerish, since it should be obvious if you've done the quest before. If you know what I'm talking about and have been there in that playthrough, then I guess it actually is a bug.
