The Atlas in from ashes is the only non hijackable (lol english) atlas in SP.

I hijacked the Atlas in From Ashes.

In fact that's what got me the achievement as I played that mission first after Mars.

What about the Ajax arena in citadel?
and are you allowed to strip the shields with say powers or the venom?
and the typhoon has penetration so does that not work?
and am I allows to have warp ammo activated?

It was definetly a hard achievement for me to get. I was only able to do it twice on insanity. I was able to do it by jumping in a free atlas and shoothing the other one with rockets and the other cannon gun until it brok the glass and killed the other pilot. Otherwise they die off too easily. This was at the beginning of Cronos station (cerberus headquarters).

I managed to do it in single-player.

Haven't managed it in multi-player.
I honestly don't think it's possible to do in multi-player.
I've put a lot of time in mp trying to hijack an atlas.

I think the devs had to answer that the day or two after the demo came out, that was the question on everyone's lips.

The hardest part for me was always not blowing the Atlas up

I'll tend to switch to a pistol once I hvae broken the canopy glass to minimize damage to the Atlas. Definately don't have your team mates attack the Atlas. Also I have only been able to hijack an Atlas on Eden Prime, during the Cerberus Coup, and on the Cerberus base. I don't think Atlases anywhere else can be hijacked.

This is one of the more sadistic achievements in the game. So much effort for so little gain.

what about armax atli? and i tried to get the one in the citadel dlc. i had broken its canopy but it then exploded. a shame. i wanted that gray atlas for later!
