It's not happened to me once, but multiple times. I don't even know what triggers it. With the N7 Slayer (Vanguard) class, I will often find myself floating above or below the world. Unable to move or do anything. It usually happens if a teleport dodge misses a target. That seems to be the case. However, it has happened a few times for no discernable reason.
I love this class, I just want to let everyone know that a fix is required.
Please and thank you.

this usually happens when you die while charging (happens with all vangaurds) or when one of your animations gets interupted on low bandwidth games
