1. Baldur's Gate series, Neverwinter Nights, Knights of the Old Republic. Very different games, but they're all awesome in their own right. NWN for the community modules, KotOR for the story and setting, BG for pretty much everything. BG2 probably pulls ahead a bit, but I still feel like they all deserve the top spot.

The first two are my two favourite games. The next two I'm very fond of and would come in somewhere in a complete list of my favourite games. Number five also might, but probably near the end. Six was fun to play through once although with some large annoyances. Seven was fun to play through once also, although with larger annoyances. Eight had its moments.

Whoa tough if not impossible to do.

NWN1 - Multi player and the toolset especially was a crowning achievment.

The rest, it's typcially whatever I am playing lately. I LOVED the 1st BG1 game. ME3 and DA2 had some very veyr good things but they just blew it in a couple big ways. I still like DA2 and ME# muliplayer alot. The ME3 ending was such a mammoth let down it hurt the whole series.

Never finished BG so that doesn't make the list, really, though it'd probably be fighting NWN for that bottom spot.

Mass Effect 1 and 2 tie because 1 introduces the series and was so amazing to experience, but 2 improved so much on gameplay and removing a lot of tedium.

Jade Empire just makes it above the line of "enjoyed" whereas DA2 and ME3 drop below that line.  DA2 and ME3 tie because DA2, while not a "bad" game overall (I'd call it mediocre at worst) it was such a drastic shift and disappointment from DA:O that I couldn't enjoy it fully.  ME3 I was loving, and was probably set to tie ME and ME3... until the ending.  A wonderful take-off and thoroughly enjoyable flight leading to a passable landing can really be ruined when the plane explodes before you can disembark.

NWN introduces so many gaming concepts I dislike in cRPGs and used the atrocious 3rd ED D&D rules that I couldn't enjoy it despite REALLY trying.
