3. KotOR
4. ME1
5. BG1
6. ME2
=========
7. Jade Empire
8. ME3
9. NWN
10. DA2
BG2 and Throne of Bhaal were my first RPGs ever and my favorite to this day. They're just satisfying on so many levels. DA:O was great as finishing DA:O left me with an equal feeling of satisfaction right up there with how I felt after BG2/ToB and KotOR.
ME1 I loved for its promise and the ending, although I thought the characters pretty boring and the writing pretty average. BG1 was good but I played it after playing BG2 so it made for an odd experience. ME2 was decent but the combat and mining got pretty repetitive.
My issue with Jade Empire was that it felt like Asian inspired KotOR in terms of the story and was the first BioWare game I had played where I really felt the whole "BioWare formula" being pretty blatant.
ME3 had some great individual moments, but taken as a whole its nothing special in terms of gameplay or story. And the ending of course.
NWN I just never got into very much since I had no desire to delve into the multiplayer. Coming after BG2, it's single player campaign just wasn't very interesting and visually the shift to 3D hurt the quality of the visuals compared to the Infinity engine games IMO.
And DA2 is DA2. Some decent ideas on paper just totally bungled and botched in terms of execution mixed with some just plain baffling design decisions.

Mass Effect 3: 93 %
Neverwinter 92%
Mass Effect : 91 %

Dragon Age: Origins
Dragon Age 2
Mass Effect
Mass Effect 3
TOR
Never completed BG or BG 2 as I found it too boring, same with KotOR.
Have not tried Neverwinter Nights, or Jade Empire. But Jade Empire looks interesting, so I'm looking out for it, if there's a sale.

2. Dragon Age
3. Mass Effect 3 (The MP is a lot of fun, which is why I ranked it 3. People are to hard on this game due to the ending.)
4. Mass Effect 2
5. Dragon Age 2 (I love Bioware but this was a huge disappointment for me. Cookie cutter levels, no organic life to any of the areas, dull gameplay and it felt rushed. Easily worst BW game I've played.)

If KOTOR II were a Bioware game, it would be first in that list. Because Kreia. Seriously.

I count the original Baldur's Gate as one of the top 5 games ever made. And none of my top 5 games were released in the 21st century.Tommyspa wrote...

I have Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, but haven't played them fully, whenenver I do, I get distracted with other games, so I have a hard time finishing it, but I did get really far in the first one and from what I did experience, I truly loved it, so I won't add them to the list yet, haha.

That game could of surpassed KOTOR by miles if it wasn't half done, sadly. Played it on the xbox so I never experienced the MOD that saved it

1.Neverwinter Nights(sentimental value, first BW game I played)
2.Mass Effect 2(Big step up for the series)
3.Mass Effect 3(Epic Game despite the generic ending but that's what the free DLC is for)
4.Jade Empire(Fun game, a pity there were no sequels though)
5.Dragon Age II(I actually like some of the stuff in DA2 despite it's flaws, the combat system for example but it was pretty close between the two)
6..Dragon Age:Origins(A little too long but still very enjoyable)
7.Mass Effect(the sequels were so much better)
8.Star Wars:Knights of the Old Republic (didn't hate it, good enough but I favour the second over the original)
9.Star Wars:Old Republic(Skeptical at first but after a while it grew on me but not good enough to beat the games above)
10.MDK2(It wasn't bad really but like SW:TOR not good enough to beat 1-9)
11.Baldur's Gate 2(didn't like either BGs, they were far too dated by the time I played them for the first time)
12.Baldur's Gate 1
14.Shattered Steel(Meh. Not my cup of tea.But it was the first game so yea)
Never played:
Mass Effect Galaxy(It's a terrible looking mobile game)
Sonic Chronicles:The Dark Brotherhoood(never liked this franchise and I don't have or feel the need to get a DS)

2.) Baldur's Gate 2
3.) Knights of the Old Republic
4.) Neverwinter Nights (Mods and online play, the OC sucked)
5.) Mass Effect 1
6.) Mass Effect 2
7.) Dragon Age: Origins
9.) Throne of Bhaal (it was supposed to be it's own game)
10.) Mass Effect 3
That's my top 10. Jade Empire just wasn't my style and I like to pretend Dragon Age 2 doesn't exist. I didn't play MDK 2 because I was disappointed at the time that Shiney wasn't developing it. I love MDK however.

2. KOTOR
3. Dragon Age Origins
4. Jade Empire
5. Neverwinter Nights - And yet, I've never beat it...
6. The Old Republic - Fun, but just not original enough to hold my attention any longer.
7. Dragon Age 2 - I actually enjoyed it. Had it's issues, but ultimately, I enjoyed it. Not enough to play it a second time, but I never wanted to walk away from the game in the middle of playing it.
8. Mass Effect 2 - Yep...this game broke my heart. Stripped down everything I loved about the first...things that needed fixing were instead ripped out entirely. They began to sacrifice lore for gameplay mechanics, and that's when I knew the BioWare I had begun to love had started its downward spiral. Despite all this, it's still a good game...but yeah, so much wasted potential.
9. Sonic Chronicles - It was adequate. I've considered playing through it again...there was nothing bad about it, just very simple, and somewhat boring.
10. Mass Effect 3 - The only BioWare game so far that I've actually wanted to put down the game and walk away from. It was bad...the gameplay itself was pretty good, but the AI was miserable. I got so tired of grenade spam and endless waves of enemies, that I had to stop several times in the middle of a mission...something I NEVER did during the first two ME games. The auto dialog infuriated me from the second I tried out the demo. Once my character started being a jerk to the people I liked, and friendly towards the people I hated, and even killed one person in cold blood without any input from me...it was over for me. The only saving grace's were Mordin and Thanes sacrifices, as well as parts of the Rannoch story line. They saved this from being a BAD game...just a mediocre one.

Mass Effect 2- I've never had a game grab me and force me to care about its characters as strongly. First time playthrough, I was growing worried as the endgame approached, fearing for the team under my command. Mordin's crisis of faith made me truly feel for him, Jack's troubles made me want to keep her safe from any more badness, I truly felt sorry for Thane and his lonely existence. No other game has done this. None.
Mass Effect- I kind of missed this one until the hype from ME2 got me into the franchise, leading me to buy it so i could try out the import mechanic. What an opening to a franchise. I mean, I was hooked the moment I met my first alien. And then Wrex... " haha... I want you to try!".
The Old Republic- The stories here are great HOWEVER, they would probably play better as individual single-player experiences, with gameplay tailored to each different class styles. As it is, you go through the identical 50-level slog to get to the all-too-brief story segments that hold it together. If Bioware were to move their focus back to single-player and polish these up, hew the diamond from the rough, then they could make eight amazing games. I'd buy them. And any cash cow DLC that Bioware pushed afterwards to maximise profits.
Jade Empire- Not finished it yet, but I am thoroughly enjoying the storyline. The characters, while not yet grabbing a hold of me like ME, are solid and likeable in their different ways. I love the exploration of the oriental setting.
Dragon Age, Neverwinter nights, Baldur's Gate, Sonic and others- Not played any of these, so I can't really comment. I have played NWN2, and that was very good. If the other DnD games are anything like it, they'd be solid enough. Shame they just take so long to go through.
Mass Effect 3- It should say a lot that I rate this lower than games I have not played. That is because, unlike any other game I have played, Mass Effect 3 made me wish I hadn't touched it. It made me regret getting interested in the FRANCHISE. That's why this is here. It created a net negative amount of enjoyment, rather than entertaining me. It takes a lot of work to sap all of the fun out of two other games that I enjoyed so much.

I am glad I didn't play Sonic Chronicles.
ME3 does more irrevocable damage to the plot and the entire ME series as a whole, but DA2 was the worst of the two games. I was really struggling with that decision.
