I don't see a General Discussion that allows spoilers, so I have to post here.

Anyways, I just got a brand new laptop yesterday and I installed my game it runs great! graphics are really nice, but the sound is different, like the voices echoe or sound like surround sound. It never sounded like this on my other laptop, like when I was talking to Bryce Cousland, his voice was echoeing like your inside a cave lol.And all the settings are the same as my old laptop.

I guess your audio card settings are set that way. You can try forcing stereo mode through in-game audio settings, or the config menu. Alternatively, you may tweak your audio card settings to your liking.

Isn't the audio card inside the laptop? I don't know anything about taking apart computers. I don't have headphones or speakers to use either.

Not everything echoes, just in certain areas like inside Highever Castle or in the deep roads.

Try forcing stereo mode anyway, and see if anything changes.
May be these are ambient sound effects in the game itself. I myself use stereo earphones, so can't say for sure.
And regarding the audio card, I meant the sound settings available for you card in the control panel, if you are using windows that is.
