Seriously bioware, wtf. Even ME1's elevator sections are goddamn sublime compared to the hoops I have to jump through just to play this game. The worst part is I kinda like this game and want to play it. So why do you make it so goddamn frustrating to get to the actual gameplay part of the goddamn game?

a) 5 whole minutes to get from clicking the ME3 icon on my desktop to starting single player. That's even before going into multiplayer, which requires another set of loading screens.

B)  God forbid I try to go to the store in multiplayer. There's another two minutes I'm never seeing again. And if I'm between matches? Hello disconnect, goodbye friends, hello main menu and another torturous five minutes from the main menu all the way to finding a new match.

c) "ME3 Servers unavailable right now. Please try later."

d) And this latest amazing thing: even if I do find a public match, one out of five times I'm just staring at the loading screen.....forever. Until some weird lineart texture pops up and a message saying "waiting for other players." Which of course means I'm already dead and executed in round freaking one and have been booted for being afk. All the while staring at a goddamn loading screen.

e) EA Support, amazing people that they are, always have the same rote suggestions. Router, internet connection, cache, processes, antivirus, firewalls...and so on and so goddamn forth. All this advice is great, but ultimately completely useless.

You guys made a pretty good game. The DLC's stuff is fun. I like it. I like playing it. I just wish I wouldn't have to waste a good fifteen minutes or more between clicking an icon and playing the game.
