i have killed Banjee and still never got my N7 wepon.
i also met the weekend challange both the team and the personal and had extractions with my N7 class but never got an N7 wepon . can you please investigate and ensure that next time this does not happen .

BioWare rarely visits these tech support forums. These are mostly user-to-user.
What you need to do is contact EA using their live chat feature, either at http://help.ea.com or in the Origin application. You need to use the live chat option because the packs expire in a little over ten hours and email isn't fast enough.
