Hello there,
I would like to have a profile portrait other than a hot pepper and as such, wanted to use my game character portrait. How do I do this? I have uploaded 2 screenshots from my achievements into an album but I can't seem to get these to upload into a portrait shot.
Thanks for any help provided.

Your characters portraits will be available to use when your profile is updated on the website but sometimes it takes time. Just make sure to always be "logged in" when you are playing the game (player profile in the game menu).

Thanks for the response. Just to clarify, will my avatar picture automatically upload to my web profile on line? I seldom stay on line when I play because the processor functions slow down my game.

In the options tag under online there is a checkbox for "upload characters" You must have this checked. Then you have to be logged in while playing and save a game with this character while you are logged in and connected to the internet while within the game. It will then upload a character which will eventually appear in your list of characters here. At that time you can then change your profile photo to that of your uploaded character. Like you, I am never online when I play, unless I want to upload a character. It helps to wait awhile after you save before you go offline. Hope this helps, there may be another way to do it, but I don't know it. This worked for me.

I have been playing a new character for almost two weeks and it's still not showing on the website. As I said, it can be long sometimes even if you always play logged in.
If you don''t have the patience you can download the character creator and upload some pictures. Ot's faster and you get a nice bonus ring.
