How do you do this?

I played my first SP run as an infiltrator and got most guns to level 5.

I started a new adept playthough and my level cap is still 5? I thought it raised to 10?

Thanks for any insights.

Thanks bud, i thought it would unlock new ME2 imports (to level 10 weapons) recognizing I had beat ME3. Appreciate it.

I use a save editor frequently to flip classes and it takes a matter of seconds to change. Think I'm on my fifth play through. The first couple times through I played as intended but going through twice on each class wasn't in the cards.
