Promo code problem.

So I reedemed my promo code the Stone Prisoner and I can't help but notice that it dosen't appear in downloadeble content when I log onto my account inside Dragon Age Origins any idea of what might be the problem? (I have version 1.05)

Do you use a firewall and, if so, is DA--and any other relevant software--listed as an exception?
Also, just a wild guess, do you have anything besides numbers and letters in your EA account password? That can cause issues with connecting to EA's servers. If the password that you use to log-in in the main menu has "non-standard characters," try creating one with only numbers and letters and see if that makes a difference.
You could also try a manual installation. You'll need the DLC package for Stone Prisoner plus the corresponding offer file, both of which can be found here. Use the DAUpdater to install the two files, then start the game and login to authenticate the DLC.
There are also two lengthy threads with suggestions of how to resolve issues with authenticating, downloading, or installing DLC. Good luck!
