I have Mass Effect 2 for the Playstation, and i wanted to start a New
Game+ on it, so I imported an ME2 character I had. The thing is, after
the intro, Mass Effect Genesis started playing, and I
could make decisions, even though I had already done this with the
original character I was importing. I just wanted to know if this is
supposed to happen, or if something fishy is going on?

Genesis installs into ME2 so that it always plays before each and every new game, and technically a NG+ is still a new game. From what I've heard round here the only way to avoid it is to uninstall it, though if you do that I think you'll have default decisions, i.e. Wrex will be dead, the Virmire survivor will be the opposite sex to your Shepard, etc, applied to your NG+. Might be wrong about that but I believe it's only experience/level and maybe stuff you've bought that is brought in.

Thanks for the reply. I figured maybe that was the case, but I wasn't sure cause it seems pretty weird to be able to change decisions on a NG+
