Can I mod military readiness?

I had xbox live and even had 100% readiness but then my xbox had issues and during the course of dealing with them, I lost my ID info because other than the ID itself, I didn't remember any of the main stuff to get me back to my original ID where I can play multiplayer from where I was at.

Now I'd have to buy live again which would actually only be just for THIS game and then spend hours getting readiness up there just to win a game, but I don't have the time or inclination to spend the time I had to on multiplayer. It's not my thing and why should I have to waste more money on getting live and playing for hours (espcially when it decreases daily so if I miss a week due to personal like work stuff, I lose at least 10%).

Does anyone know a way around this with gibbed editor? Mine won't let me chane GAW.They are greyed out. And the assets number doesn't carry through into the game from the modded file.

I really don't like multiplayer enough to bother with any of it but I want to be able to get the high EMS I need to get the oucome I want and should not be forced into rebuying live and wasting hours of my liife on something I didn't understand I would be stuck playing if I wanted the best outcome options. Sorry but this irks me. It's wrong to force multiplayer into a single player game. There should be an option to not have military effectiveness factor into it so single players don't get screwed.
