i.e. I could order my thief to go invisible and attack but in order to make it a backstab the script must tell the character to go to the back of the target in order for the backstab to work; how can I order the character to go to the back of the target ?
Will "BackStab(O:Target*)" work for PC AI scripts ?

You can't... that is why the computer can backstab you from the front or side.
Oohh, that's really unfair

Frontal "backstab"
Even PC backstab is broken sometimes.
Sometimes when i hit from behind (from invisible) they don't register as backstabs.

I am using DLTC editor and the BAF script is correct but every time I select 'save & compile' I get error saying 'Decompile Error' I also don't know how to use the AIcompiler in the game folder.

You can always use Near Infinity instead.
Edit:
Make sure that the "Read only" option is not checkmarked (enabled) in the Settings menu.

If I want to equip ranged weapon, I simply use the action "EquipRanged()" but what about weapons like Azure Edge and daggers that has both melee and thrown abilities, how the script is handled ?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A script is parsed through from the beginning. Each block in a script is tested to each line; if it is found to be false, the script continues to the next block. If it is found to be true, the block is executed, and the script restarts from the beginning unless the Continue() action is used at the end of the block.
This is taken directly from this page. And I was wondering if the script restarts when a block is executed how the parser will execute the rest of the below blocks ?
