Mass Effect 1 - Countless times, at least around 50 times. As my favorite Mass Effect game I would go back again and beat it, if I had the energy. Remember my hard drive died, so I had to recreate my game saves, in addition playing it since around 2008 since when I first got it.
Mass Effect 2 - Not counting my hard drive died and I had to recreate all my saves. I had a save for each of the love interests for male Shep, 1 save as single Shep, and 1 save for female Shep. So that mean play through/saves for
Kelly
Samara
Tali
Miranda
Jack
Liara
8 play throughs.
The same as ME2 for ME3, but to a lesser extent.
I have imported completed saves that have beaten the game with my:
Kelly save
Ashley save
Miranda save
Jack save
I've beaten the game with my fem Shep.
So a total of 5 times for ME3.
I had hopes we would get a real ending , that is the only reason why I beat ME3 so many times. I have a incomplete play through with a Liara save. I just don't have the energy to beat the game, knowing the endings suck even with the EC. I had a Tali play through ready, but found out that I didn't "romance" Kelly ( one of my favorite characters in ME(2) ), so she won't appear in ME3. I don't even have the energy to go back and do another play through just to redo it. Also, I saw on youtube that a Samara romance attempt meant nothing, so I won't do a Samara playthrough.

Well I can't be sure for me2 probably around 30 or 40 times.
Me1 I beat 30 times.
And I imported 9 shepards to me3 (one for each LI except Jacob and one male and female for liara). And it depends on what you mean buy beating it I played through to Cerberus base but stopped before earth this was before ec. If you count those 10 or 15 times

I've probably beaten ME and ME2 30-40 combined times, maybe more.
I am not joking.
I have beaten ME3 two or three times.

Me1 partially: 5 times
Me1 100%: 3 times
Me2 partially: 3 times
Me2 100%: 3 times
me3: 1 and 3/4 times, plus about three games as different classes up to the sur'kesh mission.
Unfortunately except for one me2 playthrough as infiltrator, all of my full playthroughs were male soldier, saving kaiden. And honestly, I'm disappointed with the soldier in me3.

By lying out his ass to make some sort of "point".
ME1 and ME2 I finished about 20 times each.
I've played through ME3 twice and uninstalled it. I'm never putting Origin back on my PC.

Just sounds made up, cause even those that like the game haven't played it that much, and having played it that much it would either become stale and borring after a while, not to mention finishing the game as a whole would take atleast 2 days, unless they are speed runs, but seriously 41, it's just hard to believe someone could play it that much, not many people played ME1 OR ME2 as much as that, but if your telling the truth Kuddos on that many playthroughs.
