ME2 = 5 times
ME3 = I'm in my third now.

I want to play at least 6 times the entire trilogy, one for each class =)

ME3: 3,5 - 2,5 female, 1 male and get depressed every time "Priority: Earth" begins. The 0,5 is a Thane romance playthrough, which I didn't feel like finishing due to how extremely badly the romance part was handled.

ME2 - 7/8 times, currently doing my 8/9th run with my complete trilogy Garrus romance.

ME1 the most replayed but mainly due to being the first of the series. ME2 least amount of times out of the trilogy and only few times. ME3 few times but planning on playing it through quite few more times as DLC gets released and when not working or playing something else.

be easier if there was a poll to judge such things as many like me only played ME3 once....be cool to see what the % is

ME1......about 5 or 6 times
ME2......probably more than 20 times ** guessing.... i dunno havent been counting to be honest.
ME3......about 3 times..

I only play through ME3 using gibbed - as the appeal in replaying ME3 is pretty much none existant. I got the breath ending (which i class as the cannon ending) and thats all folks. Only fun to be had is making ugly characters or just making vids with fraps.

ME3—once(not including existing dlc, free or otherwise)

If I ever play through the third again(as it exists now)...then I'll always stop before the last half hour to prevent myself from vomiting. Would be such a pain to clean up.

Can't say I've counted. But ME 1 and 2 a couple of times each. ME2 is the one with most 100% playthroughs though.
ME3 I haven't completed once yet. I may get around to do it some day. But to be able to reinstall ME3 I'd have to reinstall Origin as well
