ME1: 6 complete (5 femShep 2 w/repeats & 1 manShep); 2 in progress (1 of each).
ME2: 7 complete (6 femShep 2 w/repeats, 1 manShep) all with imported saves.
ME3: 10 complete (7 femShep, 3 manShep); all imported saves but 1 (and boy was that 1 depressing!)
How many times have you played through each game?

ME1: Easily 12 times and could be quite a few more. Played certain missions and cutscenes over 20 times. I might play it again at some point.
ME2: Probably the same dozen times, all imports except one (to get a feel for what the 'canon' story was). I would play it again with an imported game.
ME3: Once with 'From Ashes'. Played the EC from the legend save. Don't plan on playing this again unless Bioware pulls a rabbit from the hat and somehow fixes the ending.

ME1: 4 times, all male.
ME2: 3.5 times, all male.
ME3: just started 4th, all male.
I plan on doing Femshep playthroughs after I've done another Manshep with all the DLC.

I can't state how many times I played, but I know I have 4 more playthroughs, and then I am done.

ME1 about 4 times, all as Fem Shep since I'm female.
ME2 About 4 times, all as Fem Shep.
ME3 Once, and a little bit but it is so damned depressing!
Have played ME2 twice through with the same Shep, same in ME1.
Bought all DLC so far, but only after I saw that as a stand alone they were worth it. I say stand alone because I will likely not finish the 2nd play through so I can play any other DLC I decide on fan based reviews to buy, and - it's too depressing to know nothing I do matters one tiny damn, or has through 3 games and hundreds of hours of play!

ME1 12 times, 11 male, once female.
ME2 16 times, all male.
ME3 Just once, male. After seeing the endings and realizing that my choices don't really matter all that much in the end, I saw no point in playing it again.
When ME4 comes out-- 0 times.

ME1: 12 times (6 femSheps and 2 maleSheps)
ME2: 11 times (7 femsheps and 2 maleSheps)
ME3: 9 times (6 femsheps, and have yet to import a maleShep)

ME1: 20+ playthroughs
ME2: 2 playthroughs
ME3: 3 playthroughs
Played exclusively as MaleShep and only really enjoyed the first game. I really didn't care for the squad or story of ME2 and it was a chore to get through both times..Thankfully ME3 was more enjoyable compared to ME2 overall especially now with the EC.

Same as well, though I'd hazard a guess, it'd be at around two dozen times per game. Honestlyiloveexplosives wrote...

for me
Mass effect 1: 8 times
Mass effect 2: 6 times
Mass effect 3: 1 time
because i don't see whats the point when one paythrough can get you four endings without playing through the game again, if i wanted to play a game where i had three choices where they are all like then i'll play deus ex human revolution instead because with that game at least you no whats coming in the end but mass effect is all about choice matters through all games like the endings shouldn't be where you pick between three choices at the end but your other choice don't f***ing matter at all

with mass effect instead of going the deus ex plan for the endings they should have at least where your choices that you made from all games matter at the endings. I understand that the journey matters but when its comes to story the its the story that matters over all because making choices to affect the story should matter more than a gameplay itself.
