First two are...simple. They are related to the achievements.



I completed Eden Prime twice, and got all the intel for the colonists also twice, yet those achievements do not unlock for me for the third time playing ME3.

This glitch is very anoyying:

-Down the ramp, where joker and EDI (later on) sit in the cockpit, watch how the character can glitch and not be able to move (WADS do not work), but camera movement still works:

The cockpit glitch was posted the very day this game came out.
As for the achiev's, haven't a clue!

I didn't get the From Ashes achievements either. I think it's a common glitch.
