 I am posting here after tweeting facebooking & live chat with technical support.

I am having a rather infurating issue with the Long servive medal trophy.

I have now Completed Mass effect 3 Five times.

I have not imported a me2 save as i did not have one.

My second playthrough of the game was on insanity difficulty, with a ME3 imported shepard.  I orginally finished the game on the 17/3/2012.

Like may others i waited for the extended cut to do my second play through. i finished this ( on insanity) on the 2/8/2012.

Since then i have tried starting a completley new file starting from level 1. and played thru the game wice on this account, My most recent playthrough was from a svae point about 20 hours in to my original file.

I am extremely frustrated by this, no-one online seems to know why the hell it is not unlocking.
