Yes. This is all the fault of the people whinning for nerfs. When making balance changes Eric goes over the forums looking at threads about weapons and than when he finds enough title that ask for a gun to be nerfed he just does that. It has some burst fire thing going on according to the Coalesced (5 rounds per burst). I think some of the test have shown that it's likely that this burst does actually happen (without actually costing extra rounds).MastahDisastah wrote...

mmmh, and the values are all correct? How can the reegar one clip atlas shields on gold (23k) doing only 132 damage per bullet against shields? (2904 damage total)
To me seems something like 2000%, not 200%.

On the Destroyer, it seems to be working normally, but the multiplier for protection is 50% of what it was before (was 50%, now 25%).
On other classes (at least the Turian Sentinel), it's totally broken, with armor damage not working right and no bonus against any protection being applied.
