So much whining. At least wait until the nerf is released before ****ing so much people. The Piranha is obviously too powerful for its weight right now. I mean it blows the GPS out of the water and the GPS used to be the gun everyone called overpowered.
Heh, if you think it holds a candle to the raw power of the Piranha I've got some beach front property in Arizona to sell you.

what the point of nerfing , if it co-op

You think that it will be only debuffed. I think it will be more than that.BoomDynamite wrote...
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! It's delayed. I'm okay with a Piranha un-buff though.

Good list indeed. Turns out the talon has a multiplier against barriers and shields. I wish I had known sooner.<_<death_for_sale wrote...
Excellent list of effects and good on you for not listening to the people who needed a crutch for G/P.
Assuming that you did not have plans to reduce the new slashes, I will be working on something soon for those.

How about a rollback on TC or a Shieldgate bypass for the Javelin plus a buff on all sniper rifles ?

The GPS is heavier and far less powerful overall. What do you think?

EA (and BioWare, by extension) embraced the microtransaction model of gaming. Needless to say, this is a normal consequence of using the microtransaction model. Traditional PC gaming is pretty much dead by this point barring a few professional developers (and some independent developers) thanks to microtransactions.

It ceratinly exacerbates it. But really, the Piranha is overpowered on it's own. So when the two are combined it just gets stupid.

Piranha damage reduction.
Not a big shocker. The nerfers can now throw a party and decide what the next gun on their list is.
Eric Fagnan wrote...
Enemy shield regeneration mechanics on Platinum are being tweaked to increase the delay before shields/barriers start regenerating. Once they start regenerating, however, they will regenerate at a faster rate and up to a higher maximum. This is to give slow firing weapons more time to prevent the regeneration.
Translation... we just nerfed every weapon. Nerfers will really be happy now.

That is a reasonable enough approach. Really the only thing that itches me th wrong way is the quite frankly wretched way of buffing a weapon massively and then nerfing it again. It eludes the grasp of my understanding.

This is getting really ridiculous. IT'S COOPERATIVE! Who cares if someone's weapon is OP?!

Which solves nothing or is even remotely related to the matter. And actually has been causing lately quite a bit of the woes related to the balance. So it's not a solution. Even if it were you are still facing the two options, to maintain the level of challenge either something gets nerfed or enemies buffed.JustinSaneV2 wrote...

While the GI is pretty OP, the Prianha is actually pretty OP now. I've seen every single class using it, to great effect.
