This. It's pretty much a universal opinion that we want the Typhoon de-nerfed, but they won't do it.

If you HAVE to nerf, then nerf the lower level variants. Increase the curve or something. But a level 10 Ultra Rare should FEEL like it was a major accomplishment to acquire.
