(Piranha is by huge margin most powerful gun damage wise in game while also being light weapon, it needs the nerf because its making all other close/medium range weapons obsolete and that is a bad thing)

They should go by the good 'ole Borderlands saying

I'd put money on them making it lower damage than pre-buff, evidently Bioware don't even test these changes, if they did they would have noticed the Krysae was too much before release and wouldn't have nerfed it so hard when they did.
