Strange, to say the least.
Not strange at all. They just have no idea what they are doing and are making this sh** up as they go. And thanks to their constant state of cluelessness we the players suffer.
Come Tuesday, 18 September, I won't be a ME3 MP tester any longer thanks to Borderlands 2.

I wonder why they'd even bring up the nerf in the preview though. Do they enjoy the sounds of anguish?

Spec-Ops packs still get wasted from time to time.
Players keep dying even while people are reviving them.
ULM on SMGs still don't work.
Incinerate cryo-bonus still doesn't work.
Demolisher Rank 6 power bonus still doesn't work.
Paladin Snap-Freeze tech bursts are all messed up.
Sync kills are grabbing people from ridiculous distances.
Banshees and Phantoms are still going invisible.
Enemies are getting stuck and becoming invincible at the end of waves.
People are still getting dropped on Wave 11 and losing all of their credits because of it.
I could go on and on with the list of things which are just absolutely broken -- the things of which time could be spent on fixing to improve the quality of the game. Some of these bugs have existed since the game was released. Yet the biggest problem this game has is that people were having fun despite these things?
Well I'm glad I can count on Bioware to stop that from happening.

-Lower the accuracy
-Increase kickback
-Slightly lower damage output (so probably less than you guys were thinking)
This way, the weapon can still be viable on all classes but not particularly recommended due to how much more unwieldy it would be. Soldier classes would still benefit from a powerful gun while power-based classes would still somewhat benefit, but at the cost of efficiency.
What do you guys think? If you still think that the Piranha's damage output is what needs reducing, then I have another thread that I would be completely honored if you guys looked at.
