So I started another playthrough and got reminded of the shadow bug,
flicked through here a few times and haven't found a fix.
Turning dynamic shadow off and on doesn't seem to have a effect. (Like some people suggest.)
The shadows seem to be too dark. In example, half of someones face could be nearly completely black.
Any help is appreciated.
Shadows are annoying. (Too dark)

Could you post some hardware specs with driver versions? Also, a screenshot would be nice so I can compare it to my own game.

AMD Radeon HD 6770
Catalyst version 12.6
Catalyst Control Center version : 2012.0611.1251.21046

Something buggered up in the joker ss.

EDIT:
All drivers are the lastest and I've had this since i've owned the game. (Didn't have this problem with ME2 like some others had.)
If you need anymore just ask.

I have a Radeon 5570 and the same thing occurs whenever the dynamic shadows are turned off. Turn them on, problem goes away. Turn them off, the problem consistently returns. Newest drivers AMD has and completely updated DirectX.
