VERY good find. I have ME2 assets, and a lot of the models we see on Omega in ME2 have "Omg" in the file name.

But were any ME2 levels labeled the way they are in the OP screen (except for most likely OmgHub)?

Yeah, Chris made a comment that if fans want to know what's coming next, they should look to the comics.

Here is the quote:

"Yeah, the three Mass Effect trades that are out already each really give you information about the Mass Effect Universe.

The third one was all about Aria T'Loak, and anyone who like Mass Effect 3 and wants to know what's coming next... might want to pick that book up"

Good stuff, thanks.

I can't see that happening, unless somehow Leviathan was at the bottom of the Presidium lake or something.

Now, that would be a Big Reaper Sushi...

Go see if there is anything like "shepard_f..s_Aria" (or how do they usually name intim scenes?..) If I were BW - I'd put one into code, just for fun, knowing that people are going do dig for it... And when all droolers buy the DLC they will find out that it consists of Aria close-up, where she reminds Shepard about Rule #1. 8E

We all saw the Retake Omega DLC coming from a million miles away, what with the Mass Effect: Invasion comics showing how Aria got ousted by Cerberus and you never got to take it back in the game. This just shows that it's already in production. Hopefully it's the next pack and releases around X-mas time.

But Cerberus was hit hard and the Illusive Man was.......you know

So, is Aria wanted revenge on the Illusive man and Cerberus....

Im going to assume that the Leviathan DLC will include a new area in the Citadel that we can visit multiple times, even outside of the story arc. I mean, how else are we going to get the new mods if we somehow walk past them and miss them?

Answer: NEW SHOP! :D

Omega Hub? I don't want to get my hopes up, but that'd be pretty sweet.

Thanks OP.

Don't get so excited. It might just be the hub area for the Mission Arc rather than a Hub World, if you catch my drift.

Could be, but if we really do liberate Omega, I really expect it to be available as a hub (doesn´t really have to be as big as the Citadel - but it´s still another atmosphere :) Wonder if we can get to see another part of Omega as a hub-area.)

OP - where did you get that data from? Using the coalesced editor I'd assume, but my coalesced hasn't changed.

Extracted from the Firefight DLC files. I can upload them if anyone else wants a look.

How do you extract? Does it mean you can edit the new guns to have infinite ammo etc?

The DLC file is just one compressed archive. With this amazing software, you can extract and replace files within the archive.

Yeah, remember all of the Single Player DLC is set before the end of the game anyway.

The Citadel fish from ME2 xDDD

Well, the Presidium Groundskeeper was a "barefaced" Turian. Can't trust them...

I would very much entertain the notion that Leviathan is merely a reaper-VI who points you at an extra blueprint hidden on the Citadel.

If I recall, he isn't barefaced. He just has white face paint and the lighting in the club blew it out so you can't see it. :innocent:

They could always add the new mods to the exisitng stores, post-Leviathan.

That's what he wants you to think, and then the next thing, you've been Virmire'd.

what is the interest in a Omega DLC? ive been seeing this for months and i just don't get it.

can someone explain to me why if the universe is being harvested by Reapers, why i would be interested in saving a bunch of mercenaries and there syndicates when i spent a lot of Mass Effect 2 trying to stop them.
Unless this Omega DLC has something to do with the Omega Relay, and makes the Collector Base decision more than a heart or head at Cronos Station i really don't care.

**I am not trying to be rude, i legitimately do not understand the desire for Omega DLC

Yup, it's the same format they used for ME2 Omega texture files.

as this is the non-spoiler section, I can't really say much beyond read the invasion comic if you can, it's 4 bucks for all four comics on the dark horse digital store, otherwise pm me and i'll explain how the omega dlc fits the war effort

I wouldn't call it interest so much as awareness.

It was originally supposed to be part of the game, and everybody knows it's coming.

So being one of the few things we know for sure, it simply leads to a lot of discussion of how it will be or what it should feature.

I don't personally care to ever return to Omega or to have to deal with Aria any further, but I know it's going to happen, so may as well speculate.
