Power unlock evolution. You can use them to replace any power on any class. You level it up with the same cost of points per evolution as any power previously available.
Whether they are one shot as in use it you promote and lose it or you can apply it to any character like the bonus power of Shepard by spending X credits everytime you want to use it or free if they want.
They could design new powers or allow say barrier to be grafted on any character. This could be a lot of fun. They would have to limit this to say half a dozen though they could expand it in the future.
New Ultra Rares to spice up the game.
