Do the Cooldown (Power ReCharge Speed +5%) Stack? I know someone did mention that Certain Packets do not Stack.
The cooldown stats apparently stack - at least, a change is reflected in your power cooldowns every time you add one. Same goes for shields.
To be honest, who was saying they don't stack? What were they basing that on?

Someone said Store discount don't stack. I was just double checking before I start stacking Power ReCharge Speed Intel Packets.

Maybe they don't... I've never wasted a terminal upgrade on discounts to check...

What does the PC have to do with it? Or do you mean that we are more likely to cheat and give ourselves credits?RedCaesar97 wrote...
I am pretty sure the store discount does stack. I always choose the store discount option since I do not play the single player on PC.
Personally I never took the discount because I always wanted max weapon or power damage, or recharge speed meaning I could take a slightly heavier gun. Maybe it didn't matter, but when you add up all the little bonuses here and there it at least made me feel better.

Exactly. And extra recharge rate increases are never a bad thing

I prefer to think of it as "my Shepards invested their 10+ million credits in wise and diverse portfolios at the end of ME1, and they continue to reap dividends from these investments all the way into ME3".

They stack. Just pay attention to prices when you are buying from the Citadel shops from the Normandy. First discount drops it to +5% extra and the second negates the shipping costs completely.

On topic: I found they stacked when I played. Always actually went to the citadel to buy stuff, as I tried to save every penny for upgrading gun levels

No prejudice. I actually play multiplayer on both PC and Xbox (and suck at both). I just like and hate modding at the same time. Modding to fix bugs, add/fix textures, or even adding a harder difficulty level I am fine with. It's when you start "cheating" with your mods that starts to bug me.SeanBahamut wrote...
RedCaesar97 why the prejudice against PC gamers??? We are all such lovely people (although I'll be honest, I recently modded my KOTOR save as I forgot I needed repair to hear all HK-47's dialogue!)
