I'm not 100% but I think I sold it to the quartermaster at ostogar. Sooo since I doubt theres a way to get it back. I'd like to add it to the merchant in the camp.
I can't find the item file though. Where would it be?
I seemed to have sold the chest peice to the Blood Dragon Armor

You don't need to change any files. Just disable your DLC, then re-enable it.

hmmm, this didn't seem to work for me.
have tried disabling, force load, save then re-enable and load the save and now even the gloves hat and feet are gone from the merchant
