That is correct. You own a license. It is barred because you used it with malicious intent. Like having multiple dui's with a drivers license. Maybe you should have READ the users agreement before playing the game.  This users agreement is an undeniable bond/contract that will hold up in any court of law, in this circumstance. Ever hear the term "look before you leap"?... or my mother's favorite:"If your friends jump off a bridge..."

Oh, and you are free to sell your license in EU... Although I don't think anyone will want one that has been locked down.

I have found out that the EU court has ruled the we own digital products once we have paid for them, rather than paying for a service, we actually own the licence (so we could go ahead and sell them if we wanted to!).

Anyway, what this means is that BioWare have in effect stolen our online pass, the ones we paid for.

The law means you can resell the license.  Not that you aren't bound by a user agreement you accepted.

I didnt cheat, hack, glitch or call it what ever you want.
I did READ the agreement, actually so cut the tone.
The section the details cheating is vague, and i did none of those things.
Maybe if you READ this whole thread youd understand.

I signed the forum rules, but this cheating compendum is bogus.

My point is that i paid for 100% of a game that i can now only access 50% of.
I stress again, I DIDNT CHEAT.  Do you people get it? 
They banned me forsomething and havnt even got the good grace to tell me why or what, and i'm not alone.

The fact remains my purchased product is incomplete.

Good luck. The ToS state you cant make a legal case against EA (or maybe it was class action). That was one of the reasons they moved to Origin.

Perhaps if we got rid of all the ppl who are cheating and you know who you are - Legit ppl might be able to get access to the servers and play as they could in the first couple of weeks following release of ME3. Instead of all the crap you have now.

Looking at the methods that are used to decide if someone has gained by cheating, it seems unlikely (not impossible) that you are banned for doing absolutely nothing...

Good question.  We have no idea.

Thats part of our problem. 
They wont tell us, other than saying Exploiting Multiplayer. 
And you wont believe me or anyone else, and i get it.

All i want is for someone to have the decency to tell me what they think i've done.
Proving it would be nice, but just telling me would be a start.

I agree, there are some 'cheaters' out there that take the ****** and they know who they are and what they've done.
But they wont tell me /us what it is they think we did.

And what are these methods you speak of?  How do they check?

I'm seen more cheating now then I ever have before. So many missile glitchers on Platinum, it's ridiculous. I've literally seen more missile glitchers on Platinum in the last 2 days, then I did in the entire time before Platinum was introduced.

BioWare, the Missile Launcher glitch is not fixed. Figure out a permanent way to put an end to this cheating!

Gotta quote this, emphasizing the fact that "exploiting multiplayer" doesn't cut for people who invested a lot of money (you heard me, 60€ IS a lot of money these times) and are thrown out the airlock with a copy-pasted message.

It's not right, we all know this. Trolls that take pleasure on insulting these poor fellows caught by error should get back to their Legos and hope this will never happen to them.

I didn't cheat.  And for what its worth, i trust these guys with their broken english, more than i would trust your childish quips any day of the week.

BioWare are banning indiscriminently.  They can't pin point a violator, so take the whole squad down.  All 4 of you will be banned with no trial and no explanation.

The ironey is, we could can go out and buy a new pass or a copy of the game.
And they have the cheek to accuse us of Exploitation.

I recommend you continue to email bw instead of crying on here. Once you posted that you were banned, you opened yourself up to criticism. I have no problem with myself, or others, posting in this thread about their disdain for you and anyone else banned for cheating and/or conspiring to upend the user agreement we all have agreed to. So, I play for fun, only that. Rarely promote my characters, so I don't look the XP at the end of the match, that just doesn't matter to me. I don't care if another person killed more or I did. I also don't care about the credits - UR are only a dream now since it is so hard to get aaand now I have to pay attention to all of that because of the cheaters?

If I don't note that there is an abnormal credits on the end of the match my account will be banned? That just doesn't seem right. You are taking away all the fun of the game with those policies and balances.

No. What you're doing is hijacking a thread intended for informational purposes, cluttering it up with your protestations of innocence, and making it harder for the rest of us to find useful information.

Be an adult. Handle your differences with Bioware in a manner that doesn't inflict them on the rest of us - and I would also suggest you consider that your strategy of defacing the forums is probably the least likely route you can take to make them inclined to listen to you.  They are more likely to shut down your forum access for behavior that is borderline harassment.  I, for one, would be grateful if they did.

Is there any news about if the sync kill immunity on slopes is an illegal exploit yet?

Also would Bioware consider the pizza delivery package drop then pick up max range exploit a legal one (as to make the delivery faster, but with the obvious disadvantages).

 I will be honest. I am a "cheater", lol. I applaude the efforts of bioware, but it will never stop. This account is living proof of a legitimate Bioware banhammer, permanent! Lol! 

I then wasted their time by having my account reviewed with a super long and semi-trollish email.
