Putting this post here since no one's responding on the Strategy & Builds forum...

I've seen the biowarefans and the narida power calculators.  But is
there a power calculator for single player than includes the effect of
weapon loadouts on the cooldown period?  Thinking about the new
Firefight weapons and how they'll fit in with my planned single player
runthroughs.  Thanks.

There isn't any power calculator that I know of, but I know that the weight of the Firefight weapons are identical to some weapons. You can plan accordingly if you are familiar with these weapons.

Harrier, Indra, Reegar: Chakram Launcher, Mantis, Viper, Valiant
Krysae & Adas: Argus, Falcon, Revenant, Saber, Valkyrie, Geth Plasma Shotgun, Graal, Raider
Geth Plasma SMG & Punisher: Locust, Tempest, Punisher, Carnifex, Paladin
