Hi, sorry for reviving old thread but I've found out how to do this for anyone interested:
1. You install Mass Effect 3 in one language
2. You create a backup of the program files
3. You uninstall Mass Effect 3
4. You start Origin and tell it to download and install Mass Effect 3 in the second language.
5. When it has done about 2%, you pause the download and close Origin completely.
6. You go to the program files, delete the new copy Origin is creating and place your backup files there instead.
7. You restart origin. It should say the download is now at 80%. Allow it to continue.
8. When the download is complete it will be unable to install. When you click it, it will just say "installing" for a while then the button will change back to "install"
9. This is because it does not know which language to install in. Loose in the Mass Effect 3 folder you will find multiple .dll files with names like GDFBinary_en_US.dll. Create backups of all of these and delete all but one (which one is up to you)
10. Click "install". It should now work.
11. Put all the .dll files you removed back in the Mass Effect 3 folder.
If you have done all of this, you should now be able to select multiple VO languages in settings. If you found this helpful please reply as it seems like I am the only one interested in this
