Here's a thought exercise (silly or serious).

Let's say you can create an ability for a Dragon Age character.

• What are its effects?
• What is required to activate the ability? (class, race, weapon, restricted to specific NPC, requires neutral gender, whatever)
• What is the cool-down?
• What is the activation time? Is it channeled?
• Does it combo with another ability?
• What can counter the ability?
• Any thing else?

Can the ability accidentally rip a hole in space and time and conjure a Death Star?

Be serious or go nuts. Either way.
