That said, I think they should've just increased the spread to make it far more useless when not at point blank range. Attacks (whether powers or weapons) that need to be performed up close should have appropriate risk/reward (i.e. higher damage than ranged attacks).

Also enemies were not really buffed. They only made it so you can single shot better on platinum.

Ballistic Blades buff is nice! The double stagger with exploding blades is still better, but the damage and bleed evolutions are looking a lot better than they were.

Probably true, but then the original Krysae nerf didn't change much, yet people still whined and abandoned it in oddly large numbers. Go figure.
Generally disappointing all around. For one the Piranha nerf doesn't change much of anything. For another some very needy guns and powers still go untouched. But Ballistic Blades is nice, can't argue there.
The arc grenade...makes sense, but while we're adjusting everyone's powers to match, can Drell Adept's Reave finally be put on par with the Justicar's? The poor scaley devils.
