You do realize that this is a balance change thread and not a patching thread?
Bug fixes can be applied with the next game patch, not with a balance change.

Ballistic blades now does 2000+ damage(Awesome), now if only i was able to use it while in cover and given an immunity to stun lock it would be epic

EA STOP messing around with the GUNS for god sake .. you folks have already destroyed snipping in the MP game , by taking away head shot damages and listing to that small % of people who don’t know how to play games. First you introduces krisae then you messed that gun  completely … Claymore did not need to be touched it was one shot kill gun and if you don’t use it right you would die …it needed skill now you messed that up.. then came the Typhoon and now Piranha …. Cant you keep the guns the way they are and buff only enemy …. For god sake don’t spoil the MP like you guys have done to campaign in the name of art ….
Enough said I don’t mind the enemy to be difficult or increase the level of difficulty but STOP messingup with the gun damage % as a high ranking N7 player hopefully my input shoudl hold value ... i am sure that other high raniking players feel the same .

Cerberus Атлас и Geth премьер
- (Platinum) Максимальное количество щитов регенерировать увеличилась с 65% до 75%
- (Platinum) Скорость регенерации щита увеличилась с 16,5% до 20% в секунду

Cerberus Phantom
- (Platinum) Максимальное количество щитов регенерировать увеличилась с 75% до 85%
- (Platinum) Скорость регенерации щита увеличилась с 25% до 30% в секунду
- (Platinum) сила порог вызывать фантомы шататься снижена до уровня золота

Жнец Marauder и Cerberus инженер, башни, Nemesis, и Centurion

- Повреждение снизилась с [70.9-88.7] было норм до [61.7-77.1] стало болеи плохо !

и где 5  * V уровня патроны !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

если баланс нарушаеться состороны сервера BioWare  *и то игроки тоже могут болонсировать игру

Why all the classes/weapons I like to play get nerfed?

Anyway I'm suprised they didn't nerf Arc grenades before. It was the second high priority target of nerfers after Tactical Cloak.

I'm trying to find a way to keep playing this game but every week I see a part of its fun vanishing under the blow of nerfs.

The story I will tell to my son tonight

"Once upon a time, A group of Scientists developed a powerfull weapon called N7 Piranha. The weapon helped the Allied forces push Reapers forces back, and helped we complete a tactical Operation called "Overwatch", but the allied force has some indoctrinated nerfers infiltrated that forced these Scientists trought strong trollish pression to reduce the Piranha's damage...

... end of creativity.

Seriously though, how many more new and interesting guns are they planning on introducing (only to nerf them into oblivion for the vast majority of classes because they're OP in the hands of a select few jobs) before they realise that maybe... the guns aren't the frackin' problem?

But that pales in comparison to the enemy buffs (such as the increased numbers of bosses with increased hit points and no more 'head' to shoot) which are steadily consigning certain classes (like most of the original humans) into the graveyard of characters we used to play until we unlocked the latest piece of overpowered cheese!

The game should not be balanced to suit the overpowered character/weapon builds, rather the balance point  should focus around (or at least much closer to) that which is underpowered.... especially the original characters and weapons in order to encourage newbies so that the player base will grow, thrive and (just to pique EA's interest) surely increase the chances of making more money from microtransactions in the long term.

So...

Fix all the 'undocumented features'!

Put back the boss head shots to encourage skillful play!

Remove the crazy stunlock attacks that are no fun to be hit by what-so-ever!

Make the rarer weapons and characters proportionally worth the effort of getting hold of them!

And balance things so even weaker character builds can stand up to the higher difficulties!

This is what will make the ME3 MP community thrive... where everybody wins!

P.S.
Oh.. and while you're at it, introduce a short 'immunity period' after using medigel or being revived that gives you at least a fighting chance to dive for cover, because nothing sucks worse than getting up only to be instantly downed again before you got a chance to do anything!

Fagnan should have buffed the Piranha a lot, he should have made each shot do Claymore damage. Maybe then the anti-nerfers would have gotten the point. Sadly I doubt most of them would realize that nerfs are sometimes necessary even then. Even when the Piranha not only would have been the most used gun on platinum, which it is as of today, but also a gun allowing everyone to finish a platinum run in less than 10 minutes, they would probably go "yay, easy credits for everyone". Personally I'd like for platinum to be a really tough challenge.

Not blaming the guns at all. Blaming the class imbalance. Just trying to clarify; again, this isn't my personal stance, but I do think that position speaks some truth.

Not meaning to say that you were... more a somewhat exaggerated observation of Bioware's default attitude in regards to balance changes. Apologies... I guess I didn't make that clear.

When you look at the big picture, you can see that the Pirahna is not really the problem and i guess that is why devs did not nerf it too much.

The problem really lies within the class kits that can leverage and take advantage of that gun to an absurd level.

I say fix the kit, not the gun. And if you do not want to break the kit entirely because of one gun then just apply a special rule for that gun when combined with a particular power.

That is all.

you forgot to undo all the nerfs that you have done.

especially  Krysae Sniper Rifle

why that is by far a infiltrator class wep why is it (well was) cas it is the only gun that rilly lets you play that class as a team player how

1. tactical cloak should ony be used
  1- to res a fallin team member
  2- to do the small jobs like disarm the bombs (or what every it is called)

tactical cloak should never be used before you shoot your gun why (as the other guns with a long wait between shots)
1. when you cloak the enemy will not hunt for you and will go after your team in stead of you making it a lot harder for your team

2. when you use that skill before you shoot there is a long wait witch in part means less damg comeing from you. cas people yous that skill then shoot 1 shot hide and wait for that skill to recharg then use that skill and shoot 

but when that gun was not nerfed it was a gun that you did not have to cloak and shoot. you could play the cass as it should be played.

2.> all of the other guns have a 1 to 2 sec wait in between shots in turn means you need to hide more and not help out the team also pushes you to cloak before you shot.

3.> in my eys it was the only sniper gun that i liked and did not find it boring.

4.> that gun needed more skill than you think
   1. if there was some one or even a wall to closs to you the gun well shot would die right there.
   2. there is no head shot bonus on that gun
   3. if your are aiming at some one that is cinda far and there is some one that is like 10 feet in front of them it would hit the one in front not the one you wanted.

 5.> the people (well most of them ) that did not like that gun
      1. are the players that cloak then shoot
      2. are the nerfers that do not like people scoring higher then them

 6.>  it was a gun that you could save you team mates with ( if there is someone on a ledge shooting them ) you could yous that gun and have them stand up to take them out.

7.> that gun did not hit that hard it took 4 shots to kill a Geth Trooper (on gold) 3 on silver. vs 1 head shot

8.>  eight well nerf that 7 is more the enough (well ok here is a good 8) you are lossing fans by the numbers with every nerf READ THE FOURMS

By what I can understand (your comment is terribly wroten...) you want rebuff Krysae. But no one ever give a damn about IT (Neither do I) because it was stupid noob tube weapon, that doesnt require even to aim to the enemy and there is no risk in using it... so It deserved a BIG NERF :devil:

I don't care that much for weapons nerf. As long I have Harrier,Claymore,Falcon,Talon and Paladin untouched I am ok with every stupid nerf Eric Fagnan makes :happy: But when I see nerf like with the Arc Nades , Sabotage  in brief class Nerfs and I am pissed off.... :pinched:

The Piranha was absolutely fine where it was. Luckily this change didn't hurt it too badly, but it isn't "a good first step." They need to back away from it now and leave it as it is.

I kind of wish Demolisher had gotten an Arc Grenade buff instead of Male Quarians getting an Arc Grenade nerf, but oh well.

Ballistic Blades buff is pretty cool! I have a hunch they did that so some of the evolutions for it that no one takes would be more viable.
