*sorry if this gets posted twice but nothing seemed to have gone through the first time*

I bought the digital download deluxe edition from D2D and on the download page it has 3 keys: one for the game, one for the pre-order bonus items and one for the bonus items. But when I look at downloadable(sp? ) content list in game I only see Wardens Keep and Stone Prisoner. I know that list will fill up and what not as they work this whole craziness out. But what I don't understand is that clicking on the bonus content shows the "buy" button under its description. Did I misunderstand the stuff that comes with this edition? Does that not come with my version? If so how come it says buy?
I know all this will eventually be worked out so I'm not too fired up. I just want to know do I have to pay for that stuff separate?

Check to see whether or not it's under the 'Installed Content' tab in your game.
