I've always though it was the other way around. With a PC, I can work, play, watch/create movies, etc.It's like all in one package. 

While as with consoles you can only play and watch movies and the occasional internet surfing. To me, consoles are more of a luxury item than a PC.

i dare say "All console owners own a PC. Whereas, not all PC owners own a console."

That's just my thoughts anyway. No offense to console players.

We aren't arugueing over aesthetics, we are argueing that the PC has the latest technology available, we are argueing that we have an upgradable system that affects its performance(no dude changing the size of your Xbox hard drive doesn't count as upgradable).

We are argueing that games on the pc can not only be patched by the devs who made the game, but also by individuals form all over the world because we have the tools. 

We are argueing that the mouse/keyboard combo is more precise the the controller's joystick.

BTW I have the ps3 and the Wii so I don't dislike consoles, they just know their place in my world.

As someone who never owned a console I respect anyone who can play with a controller in 3 dimensional Game... I tried it a few times and was awful with it...it feels completely awkward to me.

so kudos to console players.

I am thankful every time I play.
Best run of matches in memory was a 6 run with a random group, 3 of us had mics and we sort of went military, with point man, 2 flanker and me as rear guard. Maps were U/U but we kept this "formation", no smacktalk, just stuff to get the job done calling out on Phantoms / Ravagers / hunters and just swept each map we were on.

Kinda sad when the server dumped us midway in the 7th run, (cannot connect to EA servers) . Didn't get their game IDs or would have included them into friends list for sure.

Oh yeah, was a 3 Destroyer + one Squishy, well, two squishies, if you count me since I'm a 6/6/6/5/3 Destroyer. :-P

I can't even begin to count the number of times I've heard someone tell a horror story about their job (dealing with idiot customers or bosses, ect.) and someone else say they're glad they don't have to deal with that at their job.  Never one have I heard the first person complain.  Your oversensitivity is your own problem.

The last time I played a MP game on the 360, I was cursed at by a teenager during a Random Fight Night match. Also lots of kids swearing in Rainbow Six. That led me to sell the 360.

The best thing about consoles are the sports games as they don't make them for PC. But, It has been two years since I sold it and I don't miss it. I have an uber high end, custom built PC for gaming and love it.

ME3 MP on the PC has been the best MP experience I ever had. Mostly decent PUGs that can extract Gold and friends list that can rip up Platinum. Reading Xbox MP horror stories here gives me Deja Vu in a bad way!

With a decent monitor, keyboard, mouse, quad-core intel CPU, GTX 500er series dedicated GPU, 4GB RAM and 1TB HDD plus the whole rest I got at around 800-900€ tops. That's here in Germany, all from a single internet retailer (so you could chafe off at least fifty, possibly up to 100€ if you went to buy some parts from cheaper sources (most retailers don't charge porto for the prices those parts have).

And if you life in the US where such parts are even more cheap, you could have yourself that PC for about 500-600 bucks. A console costs what, 250$ + (!!!) the costs you had for the TV with half the average lifetime, nevermind that you need a whole new console after that lifetime is done for, instead of simply upgrading two or three components on a PC, so a gaming PC that is several times as powerful as a console is ultimately around the same price.

btt: the most annoying thing i had was somebody who was talking whole game in a strange language (maybe polish? dunno...) but well that wasnt too bad 
i cant understand how people can play shooters on consoles it just feels horribly to me
well i can understand why they need autoaim

btw thanks to the one who said rocket glitch was console only didnt know that
would explain why i never saw anyone using it

Didn't stop people from asking me during the first week or so with my ML Destroyer. Or comments like "OMG! You glitching?! WHY waste a ML on a Swarmer?!"

PC community though, even with the high N7s, or at least with my experience seem more then willing to extract, even spending a ML or two, even on Silver.

I firmly believe PC gaming is more expensive.  Just reality.  I have custom built many gaming PCs over the years and owned most consoles.  The cost of maintaining a PC is higher because of peripherals and component upgrades.  Plus the fact that you usually purchase a dedicated monitor with it.  My graphics card, alone, is more than my PS3 brand new.

ye my graphic card is about a ps3 too
but its so much BETTER
you completly ignored the fact that the hardware you build into that pcs is far superior to consoles
+ you have the bonus of having a mouse
hate to aim with a controller
btw my monitor is about 10 years old and im still fine with it and i didnt even payed for it
if you would buy pcs which are at consoles lvl they would nearly same pricelvl i think(dunno never tried)
+ most console games are more expensive than the pc ones
