Is there any way to get multiplayer powers into a single player game? Specifically, my wife loves playing her N7 Fury, and I think it'd be cool if I could get Annihilation Field on an Adept for her.

Not that I know of. Many of us have tried doing this without success. Sorry to disappoint.

I was afraid of that.
I was hoping it was something like editing your weapon loadout—something one could do with a save editor. OTOH, it's not like the powers a class has change a lot, beyond the bonus power, from playthrough to playthrough.
