Alright... I know people mentioned before that when you saved Connor, you'd get an wrong codex entry. I've now tested it 2x... Should be an easy fix.
If you use *damn, how was that bloodmage called again?* to sacrifice lady Isolde to enter the Fade, you'll get the 'saved with the help of mages of the Circle' codex entry. If you did fetch help from the Circle however, you will get the sacrificing entry... The clips and environments are rights (when the boats get burned, you will see Isolde standing in the docks if you used the Circle, otherwise she's pretty much dead. Also she will be present in the Arl's chamber if you used the Circle, otherwise she's not there. If you sacrificed her, the others (except for Morrigan) will be pissed, otherwise not (or for the majority, about no reaction??!)).

So Bioware... please fix the links to the entries, that would fix an minor annoyance :/
