Dear Bioware: Any chance we can get multiplayer powers and weapon mods in single player?

I would totally give you money for that. I have been feeling like multiplayer is getting all the attention. And that makes sense since they rake in money through micro transactions. But why not put the MP exclusives in the single player as well?  Let you make more money and act as a preview/teaser for other campaign only players?   I know something like blood lust would be hard to implement, but most can fit into sheppard's bonus power slot.
I feel really strongly that Shep doesn't have any of the N7 powers. He's the OG N7 and all he has are generic powers. What gives?

Think about it okay?

They may add them at some point. They just added some of the MP weapons with a DLC (along with 2 new weapons). My advice is to be patient and wait. BioWare is still hard at work working on a DLC mission (Leviathan DLC). Who knows, maybe they will add some new weapons or powers along with that DLC.

Also, you may have different development teams working on single player and multiplayer separately. It may be easier to add weapons and powers to MP than SP depending on how the game was coded.

There have been quite a few posts in the past about adding the MP guns to SP and they just added some of the guns in the DLC. So some new powers may not be far behind.

Weapons already have a precedent as we've just seen from the Firefight Pack. Powers are probably a lot more iffy... They need to be tested throughout the entire game to make sure they don't create bugs that would break the SP game. Not to mention that some powers (like the Shadow's Shadow Strike) would require creating new animations and models for Shepard. It could happen, but I wouldn't hold my breath for it.

I'd love to get my hands on the earth dlc powers for my SP game. At the very most I'd definitely buy a dlc that would give earth dlc classes for my SP shep. I support this thread.

I'm of the same mind as Zaxeres on this one - MP weapons are straightforward as the model to bring them in is already mature. Powers are not - many of the MP powers do things that simply wouldn't fit straight into the game (Shadow Strike being the best example).

As has already been mentioned in other threads, there's also the simple point that powers are just not as easy to integrate into Shepard as weapons are - Shepard currently can't hold any more than one bonus power at a time, so getting any kind of worth out of such a pack won't be easy and the competition between powers may well leave a large number of them never used.

Realistically, they'd need to introduce some kind of system to allow Shep to hold more bonus powers at once to make a powers DLC worthwhile.

The *best* idea I've heard bandied around is offering the ability for Shepard to do something like the ME1 Lunar mission and get an N7 specialisation (along with new powers) as a reward.
