Hello everyone. 

I have for a month now, been having problem with random friends dissappearing from my Origin friendslist, wich means we can't play together.. First time, the Danish telephone support solved the problem, with the ONE friend that went missing, by logging into my account from their computer. Then a week after he went disappearing again. 

Today I took an Origin update, and I now miss 9 friends on my friendslist, and it is some of the friends I play most with, (of course) and our friends in common are also gone, so we basically don't have any way in joining eachothers games, but trying to connect to a specified public game.. 

Also, if we go through our friends in common, we can SEE that we are friends and actually go into our missing friends profile.. If we hit the "chat" button, nothing happens.. and if we click the "unfriend" button, an error comes up and says "temporarily error"... 

Anyone else having this problem, and for how long?

EDIT: I understand that it's not Bioware problem but Origin support is useless we all know that

Yes this is a real serious problem that needs fixing now.
I have many friends i cannot contact thanks to this bug and it seems to be getting worse everyday!

origin chat loads, says i have no friends on the chat list, when look at profile they are still there..can't chat with anyone wtf..

Oh that's why I don't see you online anymore. Can't say I have that problem, but yeah Origin is a POS.

I get the same, but only from ingame Origin overlay.. .

 Yes I am having that exactly same problem and obviously as well with the people whom I play most with...
Just gotta love Origin

I know, but the two friends I'm on lobby with now are not on my friendslist, one joined when we made a specific game and he searched at the same second as I created... Then the other joined on the first... REALLY annoying..

I have lived all over the world and I can tell you, people come and go, friends included. Ultimately we are alone.

I have lived all over the world and I can tell you, people come and go, friends included. Ultimately are alone.

Damn right, I had 63 friends gone over night, including my teammates... LOL! 
Now everyone of my friends are gooooooone....

So here is what happens when I click the "Add friends" button.. And search for Badpazer.. 
I get his profile, even though my friendslist is "empty", it shows him as friend.. 
Clicking the "Chat" button does nothing.. Not even a fail... <_<

Clicking the "Unfriend" button causes this:

New Origin friends list is totally borked. None of my friends show up. It shows the searching animation forever.

Maybe everyone needs to have the same version of Origin, the updated version to not have those friends list problems.

Dansk would be an option too, I can read it can't understand the spoken language for the life of me. You have such an advantage; you understand Norwegians and Swedes and theydon't have a clue what you are talking about...

What "scares" me is the 0 next to the friends icon...

Oh and for some reason I can't start the game without either deleting my saves on the local PC and override them with saves from the cloud (which I don't think I have...) or add my personal saves to the cloud (which I don't think I want/need...)

The thing is, I can't even see if my friendslist is gone since it doesn't load. And then there is this 0 next to that icon, so I'm just assuming it is empty...

The friends list is no longer on the side. It is in a small window that you have to open up.

Great update it seems... 

That's because there is a bug now. I have the same thing but it was working before. Remember Origin is the biggest piece of technological dung ever devised so that stuff is normal.

@spudspot - the 0 means none of your friends are online, that's all. It's also wrong, cause I'm online. Nice bg btw

@the OP - the exact problem you describe happened to me with the person I play with the most, nobody else. We tried everything, updated, logged out several times, even reinstalled the program. Eventually it fixed itself. Not before it made me incredibly pissed though. This program is the buggiest piece of crap I've come across.  It's seriously worse than Big Rigs.
