Lately, when I promote a character, their seems to be serious network communication problems. While I am recreating my new level 1 character, I get droped out of the server. When I come back on, I have to recreate it again and after I'm done, I get stuck on the loading screen. I have to reset my playstation, wait a while and then retry.

Yesterday, while I was stuck on the loading screen after recreating my level 1 Asari Justicar, I accepted the invitation to join some other friend's game. Everything worked fine and, for 3 hours, we played without problems. I entered the shop and tried to buy a jumbo equipment pack and the server got stuck at "processing purchase". My friends kicked me out to reinvite me.

When I reentered the multi-player to rejoin them, all I had done in the past 3 hours was reseted. I lost the 16 levels I gained and 250 000 credits!!! (I'm still very angry about that). I was back to an N7 level of 3971 but on the leaderboard, I am still at 3987... I played a little afterwards... I got 100 000 more credits and I am now N7 level 3984, but on the leaderboard I am still N7 level 3987.

I hope this problem will not have severe consequences, now or in the future. I also would like to have my 250 000 credits back if possible... That's approx. 2 PSPs and 1 SP which comes down to 8$  (if I would buy them in the store).
