how about you fix the freaking store before you guys work on buffing/nerfing anything
Because the store isn't broken. Random doesn't mean "even distribution"
The only thing I can see wrong with the store system is that farming credits using AI Breaking techniques is too simple, rendering microtransations almost moot.
What's "broken" is calling an item lottery a "store." There is no store. Maybe it's a store in the sense that "you can buy lottery tickets at a gas station convenience store," but that's as close as it gets.
You're still wasting time (and
really wasting money if you buy points) on a small chance of receieving a worthwhile reward for that time spent. You could grind away for hours and get garbage out of multiple PSPs, while at the same time some lucky dope can buy one PSP and hit paydirt. Getting only 1/10th of a gun at a time mitigates that a little, but it also just drags the process out.
And since all that's just engineering to inflate the amount of time players have to play (and entice gullible people into spending more real money) it's not broken at all, from EA's perspective.
If you're still putting up with it,
you're the one getting gamed.
