Really? When I brought my GE for several Platinum games, not even one person attempted to kick me. You must've hit a streak of running into random jerks. 

Well I tried him again with a PPR.  I spec'ed him for support and performed surprisingly well. He is a great character.I even solo'ed a few rounds.  Sadly, we lost when I went down in wave 9.

He is my main character, I. Play him like a Soldier, Prime, or Pyro and all work very well on Gold. His squishiness can be eliminated mostly if you use Hunter Mode situationally ONLY. When in a defensive setting turn it off but when you need to punch out specific targets use it to get it done quick. And I always recommend Geth weapons on em to ensure he is doing max damage. I go GPR and Javelin and I love it. Hunter Mode for Javy sniping, and turret support for GPR suppression

Triple chain overload, healing turret, passive maxed for power damage, power damage, weapon/geth weapon damage.

Throw on a GPS & GPSMG w/ULM and go to town.

One of my favourite classes and was used in one of my fave gold matches to date - jumped in a lobby with three other GEs all with level X GPRs and overload set up to hit three people (just like me, total coincidence). We stormed through the level as a team and absolutely slaughtered the enemy. Definitely one of my top runs ever for pure fun

i like him and trying different weapons on him .. scorpion + hurricane work quite good ... geth plasma shotgun or saber also great....

Still playing with it, since Ive got it.

Still playing as the GE, as engineer is my preferred class. Also switch to the Human Male or Human Female (damage drone & distraction shock drone) engineers. But Geth is a lot of fun.
