Alright, so, checking over the wiki page on Epilogues, it says that you can become a Paragon of the dwarves, regardless of your Origin. I personally always thought it was possible, but only for dwarves. I haven't actually completed a dwarf playthrough yet, so I honestly have no idea how it works.

So;
Is it possible to become a Paragon, regardless of Origin?
If so, how do you do it?
If not, how do you do it, if you're a dwarf?

I finished the Dwarf Commoner, and I become a living Paragon by taking the dark ritual to remain alive.

I don't know what will happen if you sacrifice yourself.

You can become a Paragon regardless of your origin, and you don't have to do anything. You just become one, it says so in the epilogue.

err i think you'd have to complete the endquest in the deep roads at the very least otherwise you're more just someone who helped to get a king with his election and these disputes are not that uncommon amongst dwarfs. however your perfomance at the deep roads is much more formidable and that is what (should) earn you the paragon title.
however if you end up sacrificing yourself -therefore dead- then you should technically be called an ancestor because that's how the dead dwarfs non-castless dwarves are referred to, at least that's how the shaper explains it.

I've never played a dwarf, so that may be why I've never been named a Paragon. Or perhaps it's because I've never tried the option "Make me one of those statute things" on my last conversation with Bhelen.

I just assumed only dwarves could be Paragons, living or not.

I don't know, it could be the case of epilogues messing up. I've read that Alistair is sacrificed in some people's games, yet he is happily alive in the epilogue.

Maybe I got lucky and got named Paragon.

No I meant Alistair making the final blow to kill the Archdemon and himself. I think by default he will go ahead and ignore you if you insist on making the final blow.

Such a good looking dwarf has to become a Paragon.

I told Bhelen I heed to be on one of the big statues and we shall see what transpires.

I agree totally. My looks may have been what tipped the scales in favor of me being Paragon.

I told Bhelen I heed to be on one of the big statues and we shall see what transpires.

Oh I didn't do that for my game. Hope that's not what triggers the Paragon epilogue.

Doesn't matter if you support Harrowmont or Bhelen. You just need to survive the final battle.

Yeah same, but if you didn't do the "you know what" with Morrigan, Alistair will insist on the final blow.
