Oh, who was the joker (N7 around 1900) hosting the Bronze lobby last night, who waited for it to fill up with us lower level players, then switched it to Platinum and quitFortunately I was paying attention
Thats stupid but maybe the player wanted a bronze match then changed their minds ? Hopefully lol ..nice catch though who did it?!

This could depend on platforms. Missile glitching isn't possible on PC, so you won't find those in gold.De1ta0m3ga wrote...

I never see anyone lower than N7 80 in Gold lobbies. Ever.
. . .Have you been living in a cave?
Seriously though, a unch of those people were missile glitchers, or missile glithcer's frineds who heard about how "easy" Gold is, and who now think "I'm going to go on Gold, everyone will carry me no problem".

I have looked into the manifest of your soul and what did I see? a newcomer himself. Your weapons and equipment are weak, your skill likely being exagerated.
Seek not to bully the weak but improve yourself.
Bwarf.
I started nailing gold with a Widow III, as long as i was infiltrator. And Carnifex VI or VII i nailed gold with AA.
Manifest is a measure of time played, but a vague measure of skill at best.

I hate to sound mean and smug but low level players and newcomers. Know your place. It is in Bronze and Silver games, not in the gold. Almost every gold game I go to, there is at least one N7<40 player as lvl. 8 character without equipment and armed with mantis/katana/shuriken/avenger lvl. 1.
Go play in the bronze and silver until you get better weapons and equipment, until that you are a burden for the squad. Not that I wouldn't ever make mistakes and ***** things up royally but those are because of pure stupidity or a simple fail. Also when ever I promote a character and start from scratch I level up to level 13-15 in silver before heading to gold so I get skillpoints to health, powers and weapon damage.
Please don't get offended, this more like advise to make multiplayer more enjoyable for all of us, when you get equipped to handle tougher enemies with ease then welcome aboard. And remember even world #1 player was once a "noob"
Heh. This happened to me last night. I was hosting a Gold lobby and a player with an N7 rank of 18, a Shuriken smg, and no equipment joined and within seconds readied up. I thought this was absurd, even selfish. I don't know why new players think it's perfectly okay to have other peope carry them. It's not that I can't carry one person or play Gold with less than 4 players, it's that some people want a free ride and that pisses me off. When I started the mulitplayer I focused on Bronze, then Silver, and eventually Gold(and now I occasionally dabble in Platinum). I didn't try Gold until I had some decent weapons and character familiarity. Others argue that it's fun and challenging to carry a neophyte. I think that's utter nonsense.

I didn't know what Bronze, Silver or Gold meant back then, just thought Gold sounded nice. I was quite depressed after dying countless times by the hands of husks that were acting like a different specie from their SP counterparts. Funny thing was that no one leave my lobby immediately after joining or tried to kick me back then - not even when I was using the wrong equipment for my guns

When I first came to MP, after clearing SP, the first game I created was Gold. I had a level 6/7 human soldier and my N7 was around 20.

Am I the only one, or did anyone else read this in Bane's voice from the new Batman...

Agreed. What is funny is that the noobs that are willing to be carried on Gold are always the first ones to ready up. It is almost instantaneous
