Did they seriously introduce 2 new species on Cerberus Daily News and one in LoTSB and then completely do nothing with them?
I know that the Raloi crapped bricks and pretended to be primitive, and the Yahg were ignored by the Reapers, but you still should've had the option to reason with both species, The Yahg fighting along the Krogan? a conventional win would seem alot more possible with these races.
As well as the Virtual Aliens from CDN. Why were'nt we allowed to explore their Virtual World? Why wasn't there any mission to try and get them on our side? (They could upload to synthetic bodies) Who knows what kind of technical expertise they had, i mean JESUS, they uploaded their freaking minds onto computers!
I'm just so confused why they gave these 3 races so much potential to be utilized in ME3, and then threw them in the trash.
What happened to all the "new" Alien species?

Its just a bit of filler I guess. The reapers thing is that they go after spaceflight races and go to great lengths in leaving technology around to facilitate the advancement of civilisations. The Yahg are pre-spaceflight and the council decides not to bother with them as they are too aggressive to behave among the rest of the spaceflight civilisations - thats why there is only one.
There was a lot of possibilities that they could have explored in ME3, I think thats one of the reasons for the disappointment from many fans of the series.
