That would be no. Which was fine with me: my best friend in all the world was missing and Merrill was all "Oh, Tamlen must surely be dead. But about these artifacts..." Didn't exactly endear her to me!

Oghren would be an awesome companion. He´s funny, trustworthy (at least when he´s sober), experienced (BOTH in killing darkspawn AND making a woman happy^^), he looks quite good (except for his size, of course^^) AND he got a really, REALLY big hammer!!!!

A "Dutch oven" is when you hold a person under the blankets while you fart in bed.

And just so no one thinks that's anything derogatory about the Dutch, it stems from the cooking implement Dutch Oven. When cooking with that type of oven, one usually leaves the lid on, so as to keep the heat and moisture inside... hence the perversion into a fart reference, since the blankets have a similar effect on the hapless victim trapped inside.

Dalish or no, I was just looking for a female elf companion of any description (although a female Dalish ranger or keeper apprentice would've been great); it's rather disappointing a male elf character has to be gay or betray his race with human females. :\\

I don't know why we don't have a Dalish Mage PC anyway.  Not like the chantry could touch her once she's a Grey Warden.

I don't see why not.  The notion that Grey Wardens are inherently untouchable is kind of a ridiculous justification for what is essentially a handwave.  And I'm glad the game doesn't fully support that notion.

That said, I don't think the lack of Dalish Mage PC is anything story related.  More likely a development concern.

Why limit to dwarf females? Be nice to have some of that freaky dwarf love for more full sized females of human and elven persuission, too. Hell, he does hit on you a few times, though only when he's falling down drunk.

Even sober, it's not like he has terribly high standards anyway.
